Valleywide Events LLC provides members with access to social events at already existing venues that may or may not be participating with, sponsoring, or networking with Valleywide Events LLC.

Valleywide Events LLC connects members to socialize with other members at these venues for a duration of time on a specific date.

Members agree to pay a $10 membership due using a credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment capability, recurring monthly until member cancels membership via their profile page.

Members agree to pay costs associated with attending events, such as at food establishments, concerts, festivals, cinemas, etc.

Members agree to be cordial and friendly to other members of the social group.

Members agree to contact Valleywide Events LLC with any concerns or safety issues while attending such events. Valleywide Events LLC can be contacted by phone at (602) 888-3434 and via email at contact@valleywideevents.com. If no response immediately, Valleywide Events LLC agrees to contact member within 24 hours of a work day.

Valleywide Events LLC cannot guarantee fun was had at events nor that friends will be made between members, as Valleywide Events LLC only provides resources for members to be able to experience fun as they may and make friends as they are able.

Valleywide Events LLC is not a dating group nor a sexual relationship hook-up group. Members agree to keep the social events experience comfortable for others by not pursuing other members for dating, nor for sexual and romantic purposes.

Valleywide Events LLC was created to connect members through the Valley of the Sun to each other for emotional satiation and blossoming friendships. Valleywide Events LLC very much hopes members have fun and that they meet many new best friends.

Valleywide Events reserves the right to add to policy when new policy dictates. Valleywide Events agrees to provide members with the new policy changes and members agree to accept policy. If member does not accept new policy changes within 30 days of receiving new policy changes, that member must cancel their subscription with Valleywide Events LLC  or following the 30 day requirement to comply with said policy agreement, Valleywide Events LLC will remove member from membership obligation.
